With COVID-19 cases rising and productivity going down, companies with over 100 employees are starting to set enforcing guidelines to help prevent spread. A vaccination & testing policy is being promoted to help prevent further spread. Medek Health can help provide and guide your organization in staying safe with a custom Vaccine & Testing Policy.

Minimum weekly testing for each employee

Test each employee at least once a week to keep safe. Some states might have a higher required minimum that will override this rule set.

Record maintance of each test result

For each employee, a test result must be recorded and maintained for reference. Proof of verification must show the actual test as well as the test results for the employee.

Constant maintance as long ETS remains in effect

Maintain records of each test result provided by the employee and work-related fatalities and hospitalizations to keep a proper track record in case of any legal events.

Report work-related COVID-19 fatalities & hospitalizations

For any work-related COVID-19, fatalities must be reported within 8 hours, and hospitalizations must be reported within 24 hours. A track record for the employee must be provided within this time frame as well.
